Reclaim Your Rest is a gentle six-week program designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body through yoga, mindfulness, and supportive self-care practices.

Who this program is for 

This program is for you if you’re…

  • Drained by Stress: feeling overwhelmed, burned out, emotionally exhausted, or like your nervous system is always “on.”

  • Experiencing Challenging Moods: moving through sadness, anxiety, grief, frustration, anger, or feeling more reactive than you want to be.

  • In a Difficult Life Phase or Transition: navigating change, uncertainty, loss, or a season that’s asking more of you than usual.

  • Disconnected From Yourself: craving grounding, clarity, and the feeling of being at home in your own mind and body again.

You might also relate if you…

  • Feel exhausted no matter how much you sleep: you wake up tired, feel heavy midday, or crash at night and still don’t feel restored.

  • Are burnt out or running on adrenaline: you’re constantly pushing, holding it together, and only notice how depleted you are when you finally stop.

  • Feel like you have to earn your rest: rest only feels “allowed” after you’ve done enough, achieved enough, or cared for everyone else first.

  • Spend your days caring for others and putting yourself last: you’re the reliable one, the helper, the peacemaker, and your needs keep getting postponed.

Each week includes yoga, a guided meditation, an optional journaling prompt, and a learning session, so you’re not just “relaxing” for an hour… you’re actually learning how to rest in a way that carries into your real life.

 

Over six weeks, we’ll explore:

Week 1: Mindfulness & Mental Rest 

Week 2: Physical Rest and Sensory Rest

Week 3: Emotional Rest and Social Rest

Week 4: Spiritual Rest and Creative Rest

Week 5: Awakening Your Safeness System

Week 6: Quieting the Inner Critic

 

We’ll explore a variety of restorative modalities throughout the program, including sound baths, yin yoga, hatha yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. You’ll also have the opportunity to build on what you learn through optional home practices between sessions. Each week includes a deep dive into a different type of rest, helping you understand what you truly need and how to support yourself in a sustainable, real-life way.

This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about softening, slowing down, and coming home to yourself—with tools you can use on the hard days, not just the good ones.This journey will help you create space for true rest, not just temporary relief.
