Reclaim Your Rest

Reclaim Your Rest is a gentle six-week program designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body through yoga, mindfulness, and supportive self-care practices.

Exploring  a variety of restorative modalities throughout the program, including sound baths, yin yoga, hatha yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. You’ll also have the opportunity to build on what you learn through optional home practices between sessions.

 

Each week includes a deep dive into a different type of rest, helping you understand what you truly need and how to support yourself in a sustainable, real-life way.

REST 
Sundays at Stream Yoga & Meditation 

Nourish your mind, body, and spirit through gentle movement, guided meditation, and breathwork. Take time to nurture yourself in the present moment letting go of the week behind you and grounding yourself for the one ahead.

Join us  Sundays 8:30 in person (in Port Colborne) or live on Zoom. 

The Pause | Breathwork

Step into a moment of stillness with The Pause, a guided breathwork, meditation, and reflection session designed to help you reconnect with yourself.

Breath and Sound Journey

At Still Waters By Nicki, immerse yourself in a transformative experience with our private 1-on-1 or small group Breathwork and Sound Healing sessions. Hosted in the calming Still Waters Studio or at a location of your choice, these customized sessions are designed to help women cultivate inner resilience, promoting a life of purpose, peace, and power.
